Ash is the founder of Aquitas Law, a leading commercial firm specialising in corporate and company law, focused on growing businesses with acquisition and merger strategies. Ash leads the Axios management team and oversees the integration of acquired brands. He leverages his legal qualifications and expertise to ensure all brands are compliance-focused, comply with regulations, and meet accreditation standards. This includes structuring the brands for operational efficiency within the required legal framework.
Daniel (Dan) Moss - Sales Director
Having serviced the temporary workforce for over 20 years as an accountant and Sales Director, Dan spearheads all sales and business development initiatives across our brands, leading a team of dedicated sales professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives across all brands. He prioritises efficient and exceptional service to maximise growth and capture every sales opportunity.
William (Bill) Perkins - Commercial Director
With a proven track record in finance, investment, pensions and outsourced payroll solutions, Bill drives commercial growth for the company, collaborating with Sales Director Dan Moss. He identifies new market opportunities, pursues business development, and explores funding solutions. Bill's financial acumen complements Ash's legal expertise, ensuring commercial success and regulatory compliance.
Mark Sutherland - Operations Director
Leveraging his extensive experience spanning over 30 years in financial markets, recruitment, and commercial business, Mark leads all operational functions across our brands. A seasoned problem solver, he tackles challenges head-on to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day activities.
